Notary Service During Covid-19 Pandemic
We live in a new world! Covid-19 / Corona Virus has devastated our economy, and we are now re-opening while taking every precaution possible to minimize the risk to our clients and notary agents. We follow the latest CDC guidelines and the Massachusetts Phase re-opening, and we ask that you cooperate with us to minimize infection risks while getting your documents notarized.
Our Covid-19 Protocol Includes but not limited to:
- Maintain social distancing at a minimum of 6 feet, if at all possible, during the service.
- Wear a face mask and any available PPE, such as gloves, eye protection, etc.
- Our staff will be wearing a medical face mask and proper PPE.
- When items are passed between the signer and notary, one person should place them in a neutral area and then step back and provide a safe distance to allow the other person to pick them up.
- The signer should sign the appropriate journal entry through a window or doorway in the direct line of sight of the notary.
- We use a hand sanitizer before and after every service.
- We can decline an assignment if we feel the environment would put you and our staff at risk in any way.
